| OSHA 10 Hour Construction Program |
Course Description:
The OSHA 10 Hour Construction Program provides training for workers and
employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and
health hazards in work place. The program also provides information regarding
workers' rights and employer responsibilities.
The course will cover the OSHA Focus Four Hazards, Personal Protective and Life
Saving Equipment, Health Hazards within the construction industry, Stairways and
Ladders, and other topics such as confined space.
Course Length:
Course length is approximately 10 hours which includes lecture, scenarios, and
tests.
Intended Audience:
The course is designed for entry level workers within the construction field,
contractors with employees that will be working in government funded projects, and
for anyone who would like to increase their knowledge about construction safety
and employee/ employer rights.
Course Material:
Course completion certificate
